The Magura MT8 PRO rear disc brake features a 1-finger aluminum lever and the lightweight Carbotecture SL carcass, a composite material that is not only lightweight but also extremely strong thanks to the carbon fibers incorporated. The MT8 Pro's one-piece two-piston caliper is made from forged aluminum. This manufacturing method gives the brake caliper an extraordinary degree of rigidity, making the MT8 Pro one of the strongest and most modular brakes in its segment.
