QM 3 Extra Hot Cream

Warm and hot cream with a high concentration of red peppers for warm and soft muscles .
For use in extremely cold and humid weather conditions.
Apply sparingly.
Remove with QM9 before washing.

Usable at temperatures between -10°C/14°F and 0°C/32°F.
It contains even more red peppers than QM2 and gives even more heat to the muscles.
Rub the cream until it disappears.
The cream penetrates the skin into the muscles and does not leave a red color of the skin.
A red skin color means that blood is being drawn from the muscles to the skin.
Less blood in the muscles = less performance!
Warming up your muscles and tendons gives you an immediate good feeling.

When it is very cold, apply this cream to your arms, legs and feet, not your face.
Do not apply too much at first use, adjust later based on your own "good" feeling.
It is recommended to remove QM3 warm cream after exercise with QM9 After Sports Wash lotion.
This way you avoid a burning sensation while showering.

Suggestions:
When exercising in rainy conditions, an additional top layer of QM5 or QM6 oil can be rubbed into the skin after applying QM3.
This top layer allows water to drain faster and protects the QM3 Extra Hot Cream longer during its operation.
Cyclocrossers rub their arms, legs and feet with QM3 Extra Hot Cream in icy cold conditions.
For the body it is better to use QM1 or QM2 creams.
