QM 2 Hot Cream

Warming cream with red peppers that provides penetrating heating to the muscles while the skin remains cool .
For use in cold and humid weather conditions.
Use sparingly.

Usable at temperatures between 0°C/32°F and 10°C/50°F.
Contains more red peppers than QM1 and gives more heat to the muscles.
Rub the cream until it disappears.
The cream penetrates the skin into the muscles and does not leave a red color of the skin.
A red skin color means that blood is being drawn from the muscles to the skin. Less blood in the muscles = less performance!
A gentle warming of the muscles and tendons immediately gives a good feeling.
Flexible muscles and tendons reduce the risk of injury during warm-ups or intensive sports activities.

It can be used for outdoor and indoor sports.
It can be applied to the entire body except the face.
Do not apply too much at first use, adjust later based on your own "good" feeling.
If necessary, remove the warm QM2 cream after exercise with QM9 After Sports Wash to avoid scalding while showering.

Suggestions:
When exercising in rainy conditions, an additional top layer of QM5 or QM6 oil can be rubbed into the skin after applying QM2.
This top layer allows water to drain faster and protects the QM2 Hot Cream longer during its operation.
Cyclocrossers rub their entire body with this QM2 warm cream during races. This way you can ride the race in thinner clothing, which causes less hindrance during efforts.
Preventive application reduces muscle fatigue during long walks, long bike rides or heavy physical sports.
